Submitting an inquiry through this website is free, non-binding and does not create a booking. There is therefore no payment to refund for the submission itself.
Withdrawing an inquiry
You may withdraw an open inquiry by contacting info@2026-meetings-annual.com. Include the name and email address used in the submission so the request can be located.
Paid advisory assignments
If a paid assignment is offered, the written proposal will explain the scope, fees, timing, cancellation terms and any refund conditions before payment is requested. Those agreed terms will govern the assignment.
Third-party venue terms
Any deposit, cancellation or refund terms imposed by a venue or other independent provider are controlled by that provider's agreement. Review those terms directly before committing.
